Fees for Nursery (Children aged 2 years - 4 years old)

Nursery fees due are calculated at the beginning of the year and paid termly.
September – December , January – March, April – July Any extra sessions are paid when booking.
Please be prompt with your payment so that we can cover our operating costs. Fees are still payable even if your child is absent. Attendance is conditional upon continued payment of fees. If paying by cheque please make payable to ‘Manor Twiglets Nursery ltd.’
If you wish to withdraw your child from Manor Twiglets, you are required to give us Four weeks notice.
Hot lunches are available from Zebedees all year round.
(£3.47 per lunch 2026 price). These are served at 11.45am – 12.15pm for children who
are staying across the lunchtime and into the afternoon. We recommend that children
who arrive for a 12pm session have an early lunch at home, although you do have the
option to send your child with a packed lunch. We do not have warming facilities to
keep hot lunches for children who start at 12pm; so hot lunches will not be ordered for
children who start at 12pm.
We accept childcare vouchers and Tax free childcare
Term time children can book the extra school term days, using book and pay.
When your child is entitled to the funding, you will be asked to complete a form and to provide a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate so it can be sent off to claim the funding.
During busy periods we will offer as many hours as we can to fulfill the entitlement. If you are unable to take up your full entitlement with us, you are able to claim the rest of your entitlement at a different setting should you wish to. You do not have to take up the full entitlement.

After School Club
Providing care for 2-11 year olds after school hours, from 3pm up to 6pm, 5 days a week during term time.
Holiday Club
School Holiday Club for 2-11 year olds, offering a variety of activities to suit all stages of development and open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
EYEE Funding
Your child is entitled to the Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) funding the term (Spring, Summer or Autumn) after they turn 3 years old.
The entitlement can be taken one of these ways:
- 30 Hour Funding (term time only)
38 weeks of the year with maximum 30 hours per week - 22.8 Hour Funding (stretched offer)
50 weeks of the year with a maximum 22.8 hours per week - 15 Hour Funding (term time only)
38 weeks of the year with maximum 15 hours per week - 12 Hour Funding (stretched offer)
47 weeks of the year with a maximum 12 hours per week (with 6 hours for the 48th week) Anything over and above this entitlement will be charged at our normal rate, please see the fees above for details.

Nappies, wipes, creams, suncream, formula, breast milk, tea box (if necessary), hats and waterproofs must be provided by parents and carers.
Optional hot lunches are provided by Zebedees at an additional fee of £3.47 a lunch.

Baby Room 30 Hour Funding stretched across 50 weeks for 22.8 hours a week
Funding takes effect the term after a baby turns 9 months old

Optional hot lunches are provided by Zebedees at an additional fee of £3.47 a lunch.
For children entitled to EYEE funding, we offer 22.8hrs per week for 50 weeks (Full year).
Funded hours can be taken between the hours of 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
Once the funding allowance per week has been used, fees will be chargeable to the nearest 15 minutes at £9 per hour.
The table below shows an estimate of costs when using 30 hours funding stretched across 50 weeks when attending Manor Twiglets Nursery only. For those attending more than one setting, estimates of fees can be requested.

We accept childcare vouchers and the tax free childcare scheme.
Nursery fees due are invoiced termly in September, January and April and are to be paid in monthly instalments as detailed on the invoice with payments due on the 1st of the month.
Any extra sessions booked will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt.
Any amendments/cancellations to booked sessions require 4 weeks paid notice.
Late Collection Fees
A charge of £5 per each 10 minutes (or part thereof) will be invoiced if a child has been collected past the agreed session time. Parents may be able to avoid excessive charges by booking as a casual user for advertised sessions, providing space is available.
Children collected after the 6pm close will be charged £10 per each 15 minutes.
